Governance

TAFE Directors Australia is an incorporated association in the Australian Capital Territory under the Associations Incorporation Act 1991.  It is governed by a National Board under its Rules of association.  As a not-for-profit, TDA is regulated at the national level by the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.
