COALAR webinar series

Exchange of best practices in TVET Australia and Latin America

From March to May 2021, TAFE Directors Australia is delivering a series of webinars with Latin American partners, funded by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s Council of Australia and Latin American Relations (COALAR). The webinars’ aim is to showcase Australia’s capabilities in TVET, with a focus on the relevance of training to countries’ socio– economic needs, competency based training, including in online format, and training of trainers.

TDA is pleased to collaborate with in-country partners to deliver the webinar series:

            – Fundacion Chile, the private TVET providers association Vertebral and the public providers association CFTECH in Chile;

            – the state Government of Bahia in Brazil (Tourism and Hospitality stream);

            – the Brazilian National Service of Rural Learning (SENAR) (Agriculture-horticulture stream);

            – in Peru, the Association of Agricultural Producers of Peru (AGAP) and the Association of Citrus Producers of Peru (ProCitrus).

The webinars are an opportunity to share lessons and best practices in the TVET space with in-country partners and participants and identify areas of collaboration between Australia and Latin America
